FOTW- franken of the weekend ערבולקים חדשים

ניסיונות הערבולקים שלי הולכים ותופסים תאוצה. לראשונה ניסיתי לערבב אבקת צלליות בלק שקוף (עובד נפלא!) שיפרתי לק צהוב ניאון שלא היה מתאים לי כמו שהוא וערבבתי לי תכלת-אקווה עדין, בתקווה לימים קרירים יותר...

Hello everyone :-)

I got 3 new frankens to show you today. first try of mixing eye shadow powder with clear polish, improving a neon yellow and creating new color of light blue-aqua.

ערבולק ראשון - שאני אקרא לו "קיץ ביערות הכרמל" ;-) הצבע הירוק-אפור הדהוי מעט מזכיר לי את צבע יערות האורנים בארץ החמה והדהויה שלנו... והנצנצים שבו נראים לי מאוד קיציים, למרות שהצבע הכללי מתאים מאוד לצבעי הסתיו. בקיצור - צבע אידיאלי לסוף הקיץ, מתאים לחובבות הירוק והחאקי למיניהן. נעשה עם בסיס שקוף, אבקות צלליות בצבעי ירוק (3 צבעים שונים שערבבתי) ותוספת של כמה טיפות מהירוק של וואו, לק שחור ולק כחול. בנוסף הוספתי לו מעט נצנצים טורקיזים גולד וכמות יפה של נצנצים הולוגרמים של אישה יפה, לאפקט המנצנץ. לק שמורכב מהרבה מרכיבים, טיפה מפה וטיפה משם.

the first franken - "Summer in the Carmel forests" is a green-grey- khaki color, made by mixing 3 colors of eye shadows with clear polish, and to that I added some blue, some green and a drop or two of black. I also added some sparkle with turquoise glitter and holo glitters. a bit of each.

the color is very much like the color of the pine forests on mt. Carmel, here in Israel. the sparkles gave me the summer feeling, but I think this is a good fall color.

ערבולק שני - "חמניות או לא להיות" - צהוב הניאון של איב קיבל באהבה כמה טיפות של אדום וכמה טיפות כתום, והפך לצהוב-חמנייה, חם וקיצי ושמח. עירבולק קליל שנעשה בספונטניות ובזריזות ועם תוצאה מעולה. עכשיו לא תתפסו אותי מתלוננת עוד על שחסרים לי צהובים...

the second franken - "sunflower power" - my neon yellow got some drops of red love and some drops of orange love - and became a yellow creme that I love (and will wear). it was a very easy and fast franken...

עירבולק שלישי - לא החלטתי על שם עדיין, אתן מוזמנות להציע שמות... במקור רציתי משהו דמוי כחול-טיפאני, מעין טורקיז בהיר מאוד. איכשהו באמצע הדרך לשם יצא לי התכלת הירקרק העדין הזה, והתאהבתי. ירדתי מהטיפאני בינתיים, והחלטתי לאמץ את הצבע העדין והרגוע יותר שיצא. אמנם הוא בהיר למדי, אבל אני חושבת שהוא מתאים מאוד לסתיו הישראלי.

הוא נעשה על ידי ערבוב של בסיס לבן-שקוף עם מעט מהתכלת של שיק וקצת ירוק וואו וגם צבע לבן אטום יותר הוכנס בפנים.

the last franken - please help me naming it :-) I can't think of a name... it's sort of light blue - aqua jelly, with a bit green in it. I started with a shear white base and added green, light blue and opaque white to it, to make this color. I meant to make a tiffany blue color, but on the process I got this color and fell in love with it. it's delicate and fun, suits for the end of the summer and to the israeli fall.

great gift מתנה נהדרת

חברה טובה שלי רצתה לפנק אותי, והביאה לי את הלקים המקסימים האלו. התבכיינתי לה לפני זמן מה שאני לא מוצאת לק צהוב שאינו פסטלי-בננתי... אז היא לקחה על עצמה למצוא לי צהובים LOL וגם הצליחה לא רע במשימה.

אז מה היה לנו שם?

שני לקים של שיק:

אדום מס' 08 (מקסים! אדום אדום מעט כהה, מתאים מאוד לסתיו המתקרב)

זהב "עתיק" מס' 247 (זהב "מלוכלך" - צבע שהוא שילוב של אלגנטיות עם איפוק).

ארבעה לקים של חברה בשם Eve cosmetics שכבר יש לי לק אחד שלהם - בצבעים די נועזים ו"משוגעים":

ורוד פוקסיה מס' 72 - פוקסיה זוהר, דומה מאוד לצבע של WnW שיש לי כבר... אז החלטתי לשנות אותו והוספתי לו כחול וסגול כהה כדי שיהיה יותר סגול-אדום ופחות פוקסיה. צבע שבהחלט מתאים לסתיו המתקרב. ניסיתי אותי כפדיקור, ואהבתי את התוצאה!

תכלת-טורקיז מס' 2 (תכלת שמיים מנצנץ עם ברק חזק של ירוק-טורקיז, נראה יותר טורקיז על הציפורניים)

צהוב ניאון מס' 111- כל כך לא הצהוב שהתכוונתי אליו LOL אבל צבע מגניב, שתמיד טוב שיש באוסף.

ירוק מנטה מס' 109- הוא נראה זרחני אבל האמת היא שהוא פשוט ירוק מנטה בהיר וחזק, לא ממש ניאון. הוא גם לא מתייבש בגימור מאט כמו שיש לרוב הניאונים. הצבע כשלעצמו לא ממש מחמיא לי, אבל בשילוב עם צבעים אחרים ועם שכבות - אפשר לנצל אותו לא רע.

ולקינוח, הצבע הכי מוזר שראיתי בחיי: צהוב מטלי - או שאולי זה זהב צהוב (מאוד צהוב) של חברה שאני לא מכירה בשם rocosmetic ושם הלק הוא snejinka מס' 112. מחיפוש קליל בגוגל עלה שכנראה מדובר במוצר שמוצאו מרוסיה...? אם יש לי קוראות מרוסיה שנתקלו בו אני אשמח לשמוע על כך...

אני לא בטוחה לגבי הצבע הזה... הוא לא ממש מחמיא לי כשלעצמו והוא גם לא מאוד יפה בעיני - נראה לי שאנצל אותו לאיזה ערבולק (franken) אולי ירוק מטלי כלשהו?

לסיום - לכל אלו היה מצורף לק לעיטור - עם מברשת דקיקה וארוכה, בצבע צהוב כמובן :-) כמעטר עוד לא ניסיתי אותו, אבל ניסיתי למרוח אותו כלק רגיל, וזה בעייתי ביותר.

My good friend Hila gave me this wonderful gift. She knew I was searching high and low for yellow nail polish, so she made extra effort to get some of those, and more.

So what did I get from her?

Two chic polishes:

Red no. 08 – charming dark and strong red. Great fall color.

"Antique" gold no. 247 – elegant, a gold that is not tacky at all.

Four Eve cosmetics polishes:

Fuchsia no. 72 – very bright and vivid fuchsia color. Very similar to my WnW lavender creme, so I've decided to Franken it with some dark blue and it became much more purple. I used it for pedi and was very pleased with it.

Bright blue no. 2 – with beautiful turquoise-green flash. Looks more turquoise on the nails.

Neon yellow – well, everybody needs one of those, right? Not my kind of color, but maybe I can do something with it…

Mint green – light and bright, almost neon but not. It's nice color, but doesn't look good on me, I'm afraid. It does look good with some layering… I'll show you soon.

The next polish is something strange… the bottle say "rocosmetic snejinka nail lacquer", and short google search gave me the feeling it's some kind of Russian company…? Does any of you know it? It's a kind of gold-yellow (very yellow), maybe metallic yellow? No. 112 and not so beautiful in my eyes.

The last thing was a nail art polish. Yellow one of course LOL. I didn't try to make nail art with it yet, but tried it as regular nail polish… not so good I'm afraid… LOL
