No-name Blue No. 221 לק "יתום" כחול מס. 221

לחברה שמייצרת/משווקת את הלק הכחול הזה אין מה להתבייש. יכולים היו לכתוב את שמם באותיות גדולות וברורות - רק טוב זה היה עושה להם... אבל הפקירו אותו לחיי יתמות נטולי זוהר בסל מבצעים צדדי בחנות מוצרי יופי זולים. הצבע - צבע כחול רויאל עמוק ועשיר. המרקם - שימרי עדין, כמעט פרוסטי. התוצאה: כחול רויאל כהה, יפה ומיוחד.

יצא לי לצלם אותו בדיוק כשמזג האויר נהיה גשום ואפרורי - ובלוקיישן יוצא דופן (בבית הספר של הבת שלי). המשקופים הכחולים, הסריג הסגול שלבשתי, יצירות הילדים שעל הקיר והצעיף שחימם אותי - השתלבו נפלא עם צבע הלק, שבעיני מתאים מאוד לאוירה החורפית.

The company who made this polish had no reason to be ashame. they could have written the company's name in big letters on the bottle of this beautiful color. but they left it to live as no-name polish in a small "sales" bin in a small beauty store. the color is a deep royal blue. the finish is a fine shimmer, almost frosty. the result is a deep and rich blue.

I took photos of it in a cold and grey day, and in a diferent location: my dauther's school. the blue windows, my purple shirt, the children's art work on the walls and my knitted scarf made it a wonderful winter combination, and the color of the nail polish fitts perfectly.

בפוסט הקודם ראיתם את הקרם הכתום והמוצלח. היום אראה את השאר: שניים מהם על ציפורני הידיים, ולק נוסף על הבהונות.

נתחיל עם מס' 16, שהוא בצבע ניוד ורדרד עם המון מיקרו גליטרים כסופים. שילוב בין משהו טבעי, רגוע וסולידי עם ניצנוףץ מטורף של כדור-דיסקו. והתוצאה? בעיני מוצלחת! זו הדרך למרוח לק בצבע טבעי, ועדיין להשאר מנצנצת וזוהרת :-) מ-י-ו-ח-ד!

here are the rest of the no-name polishes from the same kind as the orange from last post: two manis and one pedi.

first is No. 16 - a glittering nude. it's a nude color with lots of microglitter in silver. combination of natural and calm color with the bling-bling that I love so much. I think it came out amazing! this one is so special!

הלק הבא הוא מס' 21 - צבע טורקיז כחלחל. בבקבוק הוא נראה שימרי, אבל כשמרחתי אותו ציפתה לי הפתעה משמחת: הוא מתייבש במרקם מאט-קטיפתי. לא חסר ברק לחלוטין - אלא עם ברק קטיפתי עדין. מומלץ להגדיל את התמונות כדי לראות כמה יפה המרקם שלו.

Next is No. 21 - turquoise-blue. in the bottle it looked shimmery to me, but after appying it I had a surprise: it dries matte! it dries in a velvet-matte finish, with a subtle shine. I recommend clicking the photos to see the beautiful finish.

הלק האחרון הוא מס' 20 בצבע ורוד-חום כהה. צבע מאוד מיוחד בעיני. בינתיים ניסיתי אותו רק כפדיקור - והוא היה מאוד מוצלח! אין לי ספק שעוד אנסה אותו על ציפורני הידיים, וכמובן אצלם ואעלה לבלוג.

the last one for today is No. 20 - a dark pink, with some brown tint in it. I used it as a pedi, and loved the color. I'll try it as a mani for sure, and will post it here.

halloween mani מניקור לליל כל הקדושים

העולם הנוצרי מתעסק בימים אלו במכשפות, דלעות, שלדים ורוחות - כל מה שקשור לחג ליל כל הקדושים. אמנם כאן לא חוגגים אותו וגם אין לי הרבה ידע על מקור החג (גוגל בהיכון) אבל אני נהנית מאוד מהאוירה המסתורית-קריפית שמסביב לכל העסק. זה מתקשר לי להארי פוטר, לסיפורי מכשפות וקסמים וגם - מה לעשות - לסרטי אימה הוליוודים.

אני מנצלת את ההזדמנות להראות מניקור שעשיתי ברוח ליל כל הקדושים.

הבסיס הוא של לק כתום ללא שם - זה עניין קצת מוזר. בחנות "לינדיסימה" (רשת מוצרי קוסמטיקה מוזלים) מצאתי סטנד שלם של הלקים האלו, בבקבוק מרובע עם מכסה מוזהב מרובע וגדול. אין עליהם תווית, לא מדבקה - ובטח לא שם. רק מספר בתחתית הבקבוק. הכתום הוא מס' 106. שאלתי בחנות והמוכרת טענה שאלו לקים של חברת "איב", אבל נראה היה לי שהיא לא בטוחה במה שהיא אומרת. האמת היא שראיתי את הבקבוקים האלו בעוד חנות, לצד בקבוקים של איב - אז אולי יש בזה מן האמת. בכל אופן - המקור הוא מסתורי. המחיר הוא 7 ש"ח ליחידה - והצבעים יפים ומיוחדים. בפעם הראשונה קניתי 4 מהם. אחרי שניסיתי את כולם והייתי מרוצה, קניתי עוד שניים.

על הכתום המקסים הזה (שאגב נמרח ללא בעיות ובשכבה השניה כבר היה אטום) השתמשתי בעזרת שבלונות ליצור את הקצה המטפטף שחור, למראה קריפי בצבעי החג המסורתיים.

we don't celebrate Halloween here in Israel, but I love the spirit of this holiday :-) I love the mystery, the witches and gohsts. it reminds my of Harry Potter and fairy tails, and also horror movies.

so I did a modest halloween spirit mani, using the traditional colors of the holiday, orange and black.

The orange base is a no-name polis. it's a strange thing. I found a rack full of these polish bottles in a local cosmetics store. they got no name on the bottle, no brand, no nothing! just clear bottle with large gold cap and a number in the bottom (this orange is 106). I asked the sales woman in the store about it and she told me they are Eve's polish (although Eve got diferent bottle, and got all the info printed on it) I don't know if it's true or not, but I've seen those bottles in other stores that sells Eve's polish - so maybe it's true.

anyway - it not expencive and I found some pretty and unique colors, so I took 4. after trying it and loving it - I got 2 more. so now I got 6 no-name polishes, and I'll show them all soon.

I applied 2 coats of this lovely orange creme, and used stencils to create the black dripping tips. it looks like halloween spirit to me... don't you agree? i
