good start for the decade התחלה טובה לעשור חדש

שוב מתנצלת על העדרות מתמשכת והזנחת הבלוג. מפתיע ומשמח לראות שדווקא בתקופה שכמעט ונעלמתי, זכיתי בתוספת של כ-10 קוראות נאמנות חדשות! ברוכות הבאות - אני שמחה בכל אחת ואחת מכן!

הסיבות להעדרותי היו עומס אירועים ועבודות. כן, עבודות. ממובטלת ששורצת כל היום בבלוגים הפכתי לאשת קריירה עסוקה. אחרי תקופת אבטלה ממושכת כבר הגעתי למצב שלקחתי כל הצעת עבודה - מה שהביא אותי לעסוק בעבודות שממש לא מתאימות לי, וזה נגמר לא טוב. במקביל כמובן המשכתי לחפש... אחת מחברותיי הפנתה אותי לעבודה העיקרית שלי כיום - שאינה קשורה ישירות לתחום עיצוב גרפי אך נוגעת בו. זו עבודה שנעשית מהבית, כך שעלי לפתח משמעת עצמית גבוהה לא להסחף לקריאה ממושכת בבלוגים, אבל חשוב לי להצליח בה, כיוון שהיא פותחת לי דלת לתחום חדש ומרתק - ואפילו משתלם!

בנוסף לכל זה היו חנוכה, סוף השנה ויום ההולדת שלי... ואני רוצה להודות לכל מי שבירכה אותי ליום ההולדת :-) שימחתן אותי מאוד! הפתעת יום ההולדת הנחמדה ביותר היתה הזכייה המפתיעה שלי בתחרות "נחשו כמה יש לי" של ניקול. גם הפרס הוא הפתעה - ואני סומכת על ניקול שזו תהיה הפתעה נהדרת!

אמנם כמעט ולא כתבתי, וגם קראתי פחות - אבל ענייני הלקים כרגיל: רכשתי 3 לקים של אורלי: פיקסי דאסט מקולקציית האגדות החביבה ושני לקים מקולקציית המאט, סגול וכחול. נוספו לאוסף גם כמה לקים חדשים של איב - אחד מהם הוא סגול שימרי בסגנון של "סטלה" או "גרובי" מקולקציית הרטרו דיווה של צ'יינה גלייז! ועוד אחד מפתיע ומיוחד בדואוכרום כחול-סגול כהה. כן, דואוכרום כחול-סגול ב-6 ש"ח לבקבוק... :-)

מה עוד צפוי? לקים של קולור קלאב, לק כסוף של מייבליין, נצנצים ועוד...

והיום? שני לקים שלא קשורים זה לזה...

Again I'm sorry for not posting very often lately. I'm surprised and happy to fund that even though I wasn't here so much, I got 10 new followers! Yay and welcome! I'm so happy you joined.

the reasons for my absence was mostly some jobs I did/still doing and other events. yep - from being unimployed I got a several jobs now. I took any job I could find, some so not for me - which ended bad, but finally got my main job, working from home. I have to be very strong and not tempt to get lost in polish blogs reading - but it worth the effort, since this job is giving me a chance to do something new and exciting and also good pay.

we also had holidays and new-year's eve and my birthday. I want to thank all my friends who send me birthday blessings. you made me very happy! m

the best birthday surprise was that I won Nicole's contest and guessed how many polish bottles she got. well, I didn't guess the exact number but I was the closest to it! the prize is a surprise too, and I'm trustung Nicole to make it fab! m

coming next: I got some Orly polishes: Pixie dust, Blue suede and Purple velvet. got 2 amazing Eve polishes, one of them is a close match to Stella by china glaze and the other is a dark blue-purple duochrome! yay! a duochrome in less than 2$. got some color club polishes to show you, and other glittering and sparkling things! m

זהו קרם בצבע ורוד-אדום נועז ובולט. צבע מיוחד שתופס את העין. לא עשה לי בעיות מיוחדות במריחה, והיה אטום אחרי 2 שכבות. לא בטוחה שאני אוהבת אותו עלי, אבל הוא בהחלט מעניין.

it's a bold pink-red creme. very unique and eye catching. applied with no problems and was opaque in two coats. I'm not sure I love it so much on me - but it sure interesting... m

LIFE מס' 234

בסיס אדום-אדום עם שימר כסוף. האדום הקלאסי - עם קצת טוויסט. השימר לא מאוד בולט, למרות המראה מבטיח והמפתה של הבקבוק. גם הוא נמרח בלי בעיות ושתי שכבות הספיקו לכיסוי מלא. אני די מחבבת את הצבע, אבל לא נופלת ממנו.

Life No. 234

Real red base and silver shimmer. it's a classic red with a twist. the shimmer is subtle, even though in the bottle it looks amazing. it applied just fine and was opaque in two coats. I like this color but not crazy over it.

כן, כן... פתחתי בית מחסה ללקים יתומים, חסרי שם וכתובת, ללא בית חם, שננטשו על ידי הוריהם לחיים נטולי תוויות ומידע גנטי. או במילים אחרות: הצלתי לקים ישנים, בבקבוקים מחוקים וללא כל מידע כתוב עליהם מזריקה לפח. האימוץ עלה לי רק סכום סמלי של 3 ש"ח ליח'. מזלו הגדול של המוכר בפרפומריה הפרובנציאלית והמאובקת, שעמד לזרוק אותם לפח. כן, כן! לפח!

וכל מה שנדרש להם זה קצת TLC. קצת ניעור וערבוב... ורצון טוב לראות אותם על הציפורניים.

כל זה נכון לגבי ארבעת הלקים משמאל. השניים מימין, הכתום והכחול, עלו קצת יותר ויש קצת יותר מידע על הבקבוק... עדיין לא מוצרי יוקרה, זה ברור - אבל בהחלט לא לגמרי יתומים. אולי ממשפחות הרוסות?

בכל אופן - הסיבה שאני כותבת על כל אלו בלוג, היא שהם כולם מוצלחים! רק אחד אכזב מעט, אבל כל האחרים הפתיעו אותי לטובה ובגדול!

this time I addopted some more nameless bottles of nail polish. their parents didn't give them any names and send them to the world... no info on the bottle, no brand name - nothing. they were old and looked bad, and the sales man in the small old beauty store was about to throw them to the trash. I saved them from this horrible destiny and payed about 1$ a piece. all they needed was some TLC and good shaking... this is all about the 4 bottles on the left. the blue and orange have some info on them, not that it rings any bells in here... n

I am writing this post about them because most of them was a good surprize! only one dissapointment... m

לק-בלי-שם סגול "טריו" מס' 25

על הבקבוק כתוב TRIO ובתחתיתו מודבקת מדבקה "ברשיון משרד הבריאות" ומס' 25. הצבע - סגול. לא כהה ולא בהיר. על הציפורניים: מדהים! אחד הצבעים היפים שיש לי :-) אוהבת אותו! צבע עשיר ומיוחד.

on the bottle it says "TRIO" and in the bottom there is a sticker with the writing: "approved by health ministery" and No. 25

it's a creme purple, not too dark and not too light. rich and beautiful color, and I love it! l

לק-חסר-שם חום שימרי

אין שם על הבקבוק, אין שום מדבקה. אלמלא הוא היה אחיו החורג של הלק הקודם, מן הסתם היה נשאר בחנות... אבל לקחתי אותו בכל זאת, כדי שלא ילך לפח, המסכן. ולא מצטערת: זה חום-זהוב שימרי מנצנץ, נמרח מעולה ונראה יקר הרבה יותר ממה שהוא. צבע סתוי, חם ויפה. עוד הצלחה ללקים היתומים!

No-name shimmery brown

no mane on the bottle, no stickers at all. if it wasn't a twin of the last one, I guess itwould have stayed in the store... but I rescued it from the trash... poor polish. I'm not sorry: - it's so beautiful! rich and shimmery golden brown, suits the season and looks amazing.

לק-בלי-שם "טריו" מס' 38 נצנצים סגולים.

הנה מגיעה האכזבה. כמה שהוא יפה בבקבוק, ואפילו בשניות הראשונות אחרי שמורחים אותו - ככה הוא מאכזב בסופו של דבר. אלו נצנצים סגולים כהים בבסיס סגול שקוף. אחרי שהוא מתייבש, בקושי רואים את הנצנצים. הם עדינים מאוד. מאוד-מאוד-מאוד. ניסיתי אותו לבד, ניסיתי על שחור ועל לבן, על סגול ועל בורדו. התוצאה כמעט בלתי נראית - תמיד. מבאס.

here comes the dissapointment. it looks amazing in the bottle: dark purple glitter in shear purple base. it looks sparkling and pretty in the first minute after applaying it. but when it dries... it's a hreartbreak. it's very hard to notice it - and have no shine too. bummer.

וחזרנו להצלחות - הנה צבע סגול כהה, עם שימר זהוב שיוצר עורקים נוצצים בבקבוק וברק מנצנץ ומשמח לבב אישה על הציפורניים. צבע משגע! מצטערת, אבל רק תמונת פדיקור אחת...

back to the good colors: it's a dark purple with golden shimmer, that creates beautiful veins of gold in the bottle and great shimmer on the nails. fantastic color! only pedi photo this time... sorry

לק כתום ניאון "בורה" מס' 255

עלה 6 ש"ח בחנות אביזרים קטנה, וסיפק את הצבע הלוהט ביותר שעלה על הציפורניים שלי השנה. כתום ניאון, לא בהיר מדי, ובאופן מפתיע: מחמיא לי. לא ציפיתי להתלהב ממנו או לאהוב אותו יותר מדי - אבל כשהוא היה על הציפורניים שלי, היה לי מצב רוח מעולה!

No-name "BURA" No. 255 - neon orange

I payed less than 2$ for this shocker baby. I didn't expect to love it or even to like it - but it was so HOT! and I had a lot of fun wearing it.

Wow blue No. 51 לק כחול של WOW מס' 51

עוד לק יפה ומוצלח מהלקים הזולים של Wow Cosmetics. כבר ציינתי שהלקים האלו הם קצת הימור: הצבע שיוצא על הציפורניים לא תמיד נראה כמו זה שבבקבוק, המברשות עלולות להיות מעוקמות. במקרים שבהם המברשות תקינות - לא נתקלתי בבעיות מריחה מיוחדות. מברשת מעוקמת כמובן משפיעה לרעה על העניין...

ללק הכחול הזה שקניתי אכן היתה מברשת מעוקמת שהקשתה על השימוש. בכל זאת הצלחתי להסתדר איכשהו. הלק עצמו נמרח יפה ויוצר כיסוי אחיד ומבריק ב-2 שכבות. כמעט לגמרי אטום. רואים את קו הציפורן בשמש חזקה, ואפשר להוסיף שכבה נוספת אם זה ממש מפריע. לי זה לא מפריע :-)

והצבע? יפה ומיוחד. עוד לא נתקלתי בכחול כזה, כחול שמים לא כהה עם תת גוון סגלגל. דומה לאורלי קליפסו בריז - אבל יותר בהיר ויותר סגלגל ממנו. מן צבע ג'ינסי כזה. מרקם קרמי חלק ואחיד.

another good find from Wow Cosmetics cheap nail polish. I said before - those are a bit of a risk: the color on the nails might look very diferent from the color in the bottle, and some of the brushes can be damaged. the formula, however, was never a problem for me in the Wow polishes I tried.

This blue creme had a croocked brush, which made it dificult for me to apply it - but I did it somehow. the formula was just fine - it is a bit shear so after 2 coats there is still a VNL in strong sunlight. it does'nt bother me :-) n

the color - pretty and unique. never saw anything like it. it reminds me of Orly Calypso breeze - only lighter and more purple. kind of denim shade, in a glossy creme finish.

halloween mani מניקור לליל כל הקדושים

העולם הנוצרי מתעסק בימים אלו במכשפות, דלעות, שלדים ורוחות - כל מה שקשור לחג ליל כל הקדושים. אמנם כאן לא חוגגים אותו וגם אין לי הרבה ידע על מקור החג (גוגל בהיכון) אבל אני נהנית מאוד מהאוירה המסתורית-קריפית שמסביב לכל העסק. זה מתקשר לי להארי פוטר, לסיפורי מכשפות וקסמים וגם - מה לעשות - לסרטי אימה הוליוודים.

אני מנצלת את ההזדמנות להראות מניקור שעשיתי ברוח ליל כל הקדושים.

הבסיס הוא של לק כתום ללא שם - זה עניין קצת מוזר. בחנות "לינדיסימה" (רשת מוצרי קוסמטיקה מוזלים) מצאתי סטנד שלם של הלקים האלו, בבקבוק מרובע עם מכסה מוזהב מרובע וגדול. אין עליהם תווית, לא מדבקה - ובטח לא שם. רק מספר בתחתית הבקבוק. הכתום הוא מס' 106. שאלתי בחנות והמוכרת טענה שאלו לקים של חברת "איב", אבל נראה היה לי שהיא לא בטוחה במה שהיא אומרת. האמת היא שראיתי את הבקבוקים האלו בעוד חנות, לצד בקבוקים של איב - אז אולי יש בזה מן האמת. בכל אופן - המקור הוא מסתורי. המחיר הוא 7 ש"ח ליחידה - והצבעים יפים ומיוחדים. בפעם הראשונה קניתי 4 מהם. אחרי שניסיתי את כולם והייתי מרוצה, קניתי עוד שניים.

על הכתום המקסים הזה (שאגב נמרח ללא בעיות ובשכבה השניה כבר היה אטום) השתמשתי בעזרת שבלונות ליצור את הקצה המטפטף שחור, למראה קריפי בצבעי החג המסורתיים.

we don't celebrate Halloween here in Israel, but I love the spirit of this holiday :-) I love the mystery, the witches and gohsts. it reminds my of Harry Potter and fairy tails, and also horror movies.

so I did a modest halloween spirit mani, using the traditional colors of the holiday, orange and black.

The orange base is a no-name polis. it's a strange thing. I found a rack full of these polish bottles in a local cosmetics store. they got no name on the bottle, no brand, no nothing! just clear bottle with large gold cap and a number in the bottom (this orange is 106). I asked the sales woman in the store about it and she told me they are Eve's polish (although Eve got diferent bottle, and got all the info printed on it) I don't know if it's true or not, but I've seen those bottles in other stores that sells Eve's polish - so maybe it's true.

anyway - it not expencive and I found some pretty and unique colors, so I took 4. after trying it and loving it - I got 2 more. so now I got 6 no-name polishes, and I'll show them all soon.

I applied 2 coats of this lovely orange creme, and used stencils to create the black dripping tips. it looks like halloween spirit to me... don't you agree? i

Andrea milano No. 82 לק אנדריאה מילנו סגול מס. 82

הצטברו אצלי לא מעט לקים שעדיין לא כתבתי עליהם. כתבתי לא מזמן על כמה לקים של אנדריאה מילנו שקניתי וניסיתי (ונהניתי) ואני רוצה להציג עוד שניים מביניהם...

מס. 82 הוא לק במרקם קרם, סגול-אפור מקסים, צבע אופנתי, מתאים לסתיו. לא בהיר מדי, לא כהה מדי, לא אפור מדי, מבריק ונמרח בקלות.

אבל אחרי זמן מה... קצת משעמם. אז כהרגלי הוספתי שכבת גליטר, גם היא של אנדריאה מילנו, מס' 53 - גליטר הולוגרמי בבסיס בורדו-שזיף כהה ושקוף. מסתדר נפלא עם סגול! לא ניסיתי את הגליטר הזה לבדו, אבל מדגדג לי...

I got a long list of new polishes that I need to post about. a while ago I posted about the Andrea Milano polishes and today I'll show No. 82

It's a beautiful purple-grey creme, very suitable for fall, very chic. it's not too grey, not too dark and applied with no problems, drying shiny and glossy.

but after a day and a half, I got bored with it, and added some Andrea Milano No. 53 glitter - holo glitter in dark shear plum base. looking great on purples! I didn't try this glitter alone, but I sure wanna do it soon...i

אי שם בתחילת ימי הבלוג הקטן שלי, ניסיתי לראשונה לק של אנדריאה מילנו, צבע קורל ורדרד מס. 12. לא אהבתי אותו. לא השתגעתי מהצבע, והמריחה שלו היתה בעייתית ומתסכלת.

אבל קשה לי עד מאוד לעמוד מול מבצעים. וכל עוד השוק העולמי האינטרנטי סגור בפני (משיקולים תקציביים ואחרים) ועלי להסתפק במה שיש לשוק המקומי המצומצם שלנו להציע - פשוט לא יכולתי לסרב... ורכשתי חמישיה של לקים במחיר חמוד של 9 ש"ח ליח'.

אלו הצבעים שרכשתי:

מס' 82 - סגול אפרפר

מס' 26 - ורוד כהה

מס' 11 - נצנצים זהובים בבסיס אפרסקי שקוף

מס' 88 - שימר לבן בבסיס שקוף

מס' 53 - נצנצים הולוגרמיים קטנטנים בבסיס סגול שזיף די כהה

שלושה מהם מיועדים בעיקר לשכבות וכיסוי. שני הצבעים האחרים כבר נוסו והם מדהימים בעיני!

היום אני אראה שוב את ידיה היפות של אחותי, כשציפורניה צבועות במס. 26 - צבע ורוד כהה, קרמי, מקסים! צבע נפלא לסתיו (בגלל שהוא כהה) אבל לא אפרורי או דהוי. צבע חם ובולט - אבל קלאסי.

בכל הלקים החדשים של אנדיראה מילנו לא נתקלתי שוב בבעיות מריחה כמו שהיו לי עם מס. 12 האומלל. אני שמחה בהם ומרוצה מאוד שנתתי עוד צ'אנס ללקים האלו :-)

I have tried Andrea Milano nail polish back when I started this blog. it was a coral color No. 12, and it was'nt a success. I wasn't crazy about the color and the application was a nightmare.

but it's so hard for me to ignore sales, mostly hen I an't shop online at the moment, and have to feel my needs and obssesion in the local small market of nail polish...

that's how new 5 polishes of Andrea Milano got to me. here they are:

No. 82 - dark grey-purple creme

No. 26 - dark pink creme

No. 11 - gold shimmer in peach shear base

No. 88 - white shimmer in clear base

No. 53 - holo microglitter in dark plum base

three of the above are mostly for layering as a top coat on other colors.

my lovely sister is modeling again for my blog with her beautiful hands, wearing No. 26 - a dark pink creme. beautiful color, suitable for fall and classic.

I have tried them all by now, and glad to tell you that no problems with application in any of them! I'm so happy I gave this brand another chance - the colors are so pretty... i
